I have sent two tweets with his handle and commented on a tweet. I'm trying not to be pushy. Not my nature. The man owes me NOTHING and I won't act in an entitled manner. I have followed his instructions each time with no luck. Again, I'm not a Twitter expert so it's probably on me.

I should've put the request in off topic bc this thread is about UT hope and getting back to being on top. It isn't about my situation and I regret interjecting. I am much happier as the unknown poster whom few respond to or acknowledge.

Now. Back to Gruden.

I was just skeptical considering the rules and regulations are completely different from the NFL.

If Gruden hires a good staff that can help him along the way, it could definitely work.

Obviously Gruden would have to adapt and learn the principles that comes with the UT job but if he’s serious, he’ll put in the work and the time to get Tennessee back to an National Title Contender.

Can he do it his 1st year? My honest opinion, I don’t think so. Can he do it in 1-3 years? Absolutely.

The man knows his X’s & O’s so that’s always a major plus.

This year we chose UM (don’t ask me why). He gave me some info yesterday morning that gave me some hope. This morning I️ call him to confirm details and meeting point in Lex. He tells me that he won’t be able to make it, that some members of AD were asked to stay back in Knoxville this weekend. Originally I️ thought that the AD caught whiff of what I️ said on Thursday and that he was in trouble or something. He denied this and was rather short all day via text, but went on as business as usual. He then shot me a text a few hours ago to prepare for some news this weekend with a giant grinning emoji. I️ don’t know if he’s full of it or not, however the fact is that he (and others) were asked to stay behind due to job related duties. Some of you all have figured out the department etc. he is in but I️ will not divulge that information. I️ have no reason to not believe him, and I️ find it interesting the day after he gave me some good news and a reason to be optimistic he then cancels our trip to Missouri due to having to stay behind. The good news in all of this is that I️ have 2 great seats for the game tomorrow, the other bit of good news is that something is for sure happening in the AD right now, what it is thought I️ don’t know. We shall see!
