I've known John Chavis for 15 years. My best friend's dad is really close with him. If he was coming back I would've heard that immediately. I'll ask specifically tomorrow but I doubt it.

So I called my friend's dad (he's like my own dad honestly) and asked if he heard anything about Chavis. He laughed at me and said it was never going to happen. Doesn't know if John has been contacted by JG but said he would give him a shout about it if it shut me up TIFWIW

I knew someone would have tail numbers. The ones that appear to be going to the Gulf Coast of Florida could easily be going to Tampa....just no one is spotting it on arrival there.

Those are the ones I already checked N715CB and I forgot the other (it’s in a note on my computer, but I am on my phone now) ...nothing to see on those.

This tracking won’t confirm a plane wasn’t somewhere...but can possibly confirm that it was somewhere else to squash any fake news Grumors. My guess is that if there is a plane in use by Gruden it is a tail number not listed in the thread so far. I will keep digging later.

I thought I saw where someone found it and the tracking was blocked “by request of the owner” ??

If Gruden doesnt come it will be on him. The UTAD has done all it can. Its wait and see time now. He has not said yes or no at this time. Some of the boosters are divided on whether or not he accepts. The Giants and Bucs are making a big push. The problem with us is he cant drag this out too long.

Im only skeptic because of Jon not the UTAD. I dont think there is anyone they dont want him to come here. We thought we had him in 2012. I want him to come for wanting the job and the money will be there. Owning your own company will make you a calculating person.

Agree. Just saying that if UT as a whole went "all-in" and Gruden still says no, then I'm fine with that. I also don't see him dragging this process out for the better part of 6 weeks if the answer was always going to be "no." But that may just be me being naive.

Ugh me too. I'm worried he just likes all the attention but doesn't want to ruin his legacy. For the first time I have faith in the administration just hoping JG comes through. I keep telling myself "coaches wanna coach."

I agree there are some come in here to be silly about it. I'm all for this hire, I've just had legit concerns about stuff, and some don't like anyone to doubt anything. I hope I'm wrong about my concerns.

I have always believed there are legitimate concerns that should be addressed with this complete issue, some are with the possible hiring some after the hiring.... I am 100% for this hiring but am also 100% against this thread being simply a either you believe everything or nothing type thread.

People with honest questions or concerns should be able to express them without being attacked and people who believe 100% should be able to express why they do without being attacked,

We are ALL VOLS and everyone's opinion should be welcome and heard. What I don't like is when people either blindly follow or blindly question and when either side becomes obnoxious about their thoughts.
