Seems like I am getting a lot of heat for telling this and already regretting it. So let me clear it up a bit.
No one is telling my friend that he is staying. Just my friend, and his coworker's opinions. Here are the facts that I know.

1. Haslam gave a leadership speech to AD.
2. The mood or general feeling is that Currie wants to keep Butch. For the rest of the season or next season - they don't know.
3. Currie, Butch, and Haslam seemed very friendly. Joking and what not in the office. Like best friends. Light hearted. Not somber. Not fighting, like rumored in the past. Which, by the way, neither of my friends in the AD heard about.
4. Yes the pic is gross. That is me... right after I was told this news.

I completely stopped listening to ainge.. I'd get so mad that I'd curse and yell at the radio..

The Haslam jet was also used in 2012 with Gruden. That's why I've never believed the narrative that Haslam was against this while everyone else was for it. Someone with an ax to grind against them is pushing that story. I can't blame them after some of the choices Bill made as governor. I wish they'd leave Vol football out of it though.

Will change when Missouri lights us up and we go 4-8 or 5-7
