Does no one in Knox have a drone they could fly over the area where the trucks are at? Not sure you would find anything, but was hoping someone would have tried it by now.

So, the Pappy bottle is pretty interesting.

I thought for a second that this may have been a google image for the bottle. Went through every google image for a few keywords, and could find no match - I believe that is a legitimate photo taken by the Beav.

As a lover of whiskies, I can tell you that is not ordinary bottle of hooch. All the Pappy's are pricey. The 15 typically retails for around 1300-1600, depending on where you buy it.

Now, not that being wealthy authenticates any information, but it certainly adds context to the Beav's position in the world.

EDITED: I LOOKED AT A ZOOMED IN PICTURE - THERE IS NO PASTA! MY BAD, EVERYONE.

Folks have pointed out that while you might take the interstate route that passes through Knoxville to get from Green Bay (this week's MNF locale) to Charlotte (next week's site), it's not the most efficient route.

Only 7 min. difference using the shortest route. Maybe the road was better using the slightly longer route. Maybe fewer elevation changes. Might actually be more efficient to go thru K-town.

The hubby has a fleet of trucks. Sexy, I know. Anyways, he says unless the drivers are contractors and even then, it is always more expensive to pay two drivers than one. Drivers make a good living, plus benefits and whatnot. He has used team drivers very rarely and only in extreme cases. He also says the drivers may be contractors and not espn employees but he says even then, it's pricey. They have from Tuesday til Friday (?) to travel 20 hours.

I think this is the most interest I've shown in his career choice. I always accuse him of clicking ship on the ups site.

As I previously said, the same amount of miles have to be covered. So, if they're paid by the mile, contractor or otherwise, the payout is the same (other than team drivers most likely earn a marginal amount more due to limited miles actually driven). I've already went through the fuel scenario, I won't rehash it here.
