I think you would be surprised how many of us are long-time lurkers. I have been here a long time, just never post.

I was here in 2012, totally bought in and had my hopes dashed just like the rest.

A little over a month ago, I decided to stick my toes in the water again. And just as I was about to walk away, the beav entered and things got really good. I was hooked and have been here ever since. (My husband can't believe I am buying this again lol)

I have learned so much more this time though - VCs, MOUs, booster power structures, etc. what a great ride!

Thanks to all the OGs and insiders for bringing the info and educating all of us. And especially to those like Boro and SFD - so patient and trying to keep us grounded.

To those of you in Georgia like me, I can't wait til we can trash talk all these Dawgs again!

Someone said there was a room registered to Charles Lee Ray that night but I couldn't tell if he was serious or not. Are you saying there was a room registered to Cindy?
We know "Jon" didn't have a room there, thanks to Sara.

I was in the student section, will never forget watching Spurrier rip off his visor and throw it to the ground at the end. Still have a small piece of Shields-Watkins Field from when we all rushed the goalposts. Actually made it to the post and carried it for a bit.

I have a couple of questions because I wasn't here from the very start of this "Beaver Saga".

1. Who is Atlanta Vol? How has he been deemed an "insider". What has he said and how long has he been posting here?

2. Beaver's join date was back in 2015...I was under the assumption that he wasn't really connected to UT or maybe not even a UT fan, but had a connection to either JG camp or one of the boosters (Ergen?). Why would he have joined in 2015 if this was the case? Had anyone ever seen him post prior to all of this?

Said he was on the list as having been contacted last time. Not much more to it than speculation of what a picture from New England meant from a certain poster/Twitter acct.

but i really have been lurking! don't know what to think about the coaching search, hell I dont even know if they're gonna fire Butch. I just hope we can get back on top before I die (in my 40's)

Atlanta Vol is a very respected member that earned his "stripes" in the recruiting forums as being someone that is extremely accurate.

As to #2, I don't think anybody really knows...which adds to the intrigue.

I was in the Pride. It was crazy. Some over zealous fans were trying to rip "souvenirs" off our uniforms when we exited the stadium.
