If you're interested in flying in the Reserves/Guard go to the unit you want to fly for. Everyone is short pilots. If you're by Knox go to the Guard unit there.

How does training work since I'd be part-time? Is it accelerated? After hours and weekends? FT until properly trained?

Not near Knox. Was until Jan. 5 of this year. Essentially, I'm on the northern fringes of Eglin AFB, currently. But we are itching to get back to God's country.

an hour away around where the plane was visiting a lot lately?

It's in Sarasota I believe. I'm pretty sure my husband played golf there with his grandpa a few times. Grandpa used to live in Sarasota. It's a beautiful course.

agree completely.
bring a coach with proven ability and that can help prepare these young men for the next level, and the recruits will follow. Especially those with UT ties. (for instance trever Lawrence will be fun to watch. he was hung ho Vols until Butch's in home visit. He told his dad Butch was a "clown"and changed to Clemson. A Gruden hire may flip that. He definitely liked what he saw before.)

i don't know why, but i thought lawrence was a UF commit. is he UF or Clemson?

as they say, asking for a friend.

If TN goes 5-7 do you believe they accept a bowl bid based on APR simply for the extra month of practices and workouts? Especially if you announce a new coach, (Gruden) I believe the allotment of tickets would sale out immediately. Just a thought.

If I were trying to have a low profile meeting in that area, I'd do it on siesta key at ther daiquiri deck.

We've both been on the same page with that. Gruden's announcement solves the recruiting problem almost overnight.

Georgia fans that follow them like we do Tennessee are positive Cade will be a dawg based on his visit, and he’s taking his last there. I’m afraid we’ve lost him for good.

I thought I read that we didn't have the APR to accept a bid at 5-7.

We wouldn't qualify with APR. 5-7 = No Bowl

I think the announcements will come before the end of the season. You have to get recruits to witness the atmosphere at Neyland. Making an announcement before the Vandy game brings renewed energy to the fanbase and gets Neyland electric for that Vandy game.

So I'm getting very concerned for a VN member (Charlie Kelly). He has posted at least everyday since Halloween and now nothing. His last post was at the exact same time he left. Again, if someone knows him can you let us know he is ok.
Yeah, I’m a little worried about him too!

My husband is a Dawg fan, he says who cares Gruden ain't sh**.....I said SOON! He looked at me like I had 2 heads! Screw the naysayers, Gruden to the Hill!

Damn girl, in most states, that's grounds for a divorce. Did you marry a Dawg fan for his money :}:}:}
