I have also done that but had to use big pots on the stove - not the setup you have... still it worked and was fairly easy... fed nearly 100.

It's perfect for down here..steams and boils. I'll do oysters or crabs too. I' use to do the stove, found this at a local store.

We probably disagree, but I don’t think Butch’s first three seasons were failures. We improved every year from the Dooley disaster.

But, somewhere between that third season and the fourth, he lost control of this program. Last year was a disappointment, and a terrible coaching job. This season is an unmitigated disaster.
