Some nugs:
I am on record that the family, or at least as close as you can get to them has said it's 90%. I am just waiting on the text that it's 100%.
If UT would have fired Butch after Uga like most on here demanded, there is no way this could of been kept quiet. As long as UT had a sitting coach the media was all told Zero chance that Gruden would be on the table and UT has a coach. It was pure genius and now that the season is winding down Gruden has had time to get over some huge obstacles to get to this point. Once...Gruden agreed s*** started happening and the genie is out of the bottle. I think after this last weekend developments those claiming there is zero chance may be "allowed" to actually discuss it. I am shocked at the fans that lap up what the media feeds them without even so much of a question.
The easy answer for Gruden right now is still "UT has a head coach". And it may still be a while until that changes.
Exactly...Gruden wants Butch to finish the season because that's the classy way to do it. He wants a clean break between UT and Butch. All this outrage because Butch was gonna be allowed to finish the season or at least 90% looks pretty narrow minded. I understand it...UT fans have been the laughing stock of the SEC for at least a decade...I get it. However...hopefully most will agree...the hire is more important than the fire.
I am just waited on that. I figure if he is about to sign an MOU or already has that that info will get to me soon.
I would like to know what you hear about the MOU. I believe it was signed Friday, but no real proof.
