tony robinson offered to go help the QB' for nothing and CBJ said NO. Johnny Majors once said T rob forgot more about the QB position than most will ever know.

T Rob & Bruin are on Basilios 5th Quarter fan reaction show after the games & speak the truth about what they see. I'm sure they are being black balled.

And this is the sticking point. We will see if they give up control. If Gruden would want the job it have to be control like Saban has.

Zook is conceivable (not that it will happen) but I’m calling BS on Kiffin. Don’t see him taking a step down to a coordinator again. Kiffin is too prideful and will be looking for a head coaching gig at a big program.

And I wouldn’t want Kiffin in any “head coach in waiting” role.

So Kiffin is going to wait years to be HC? I just don't see a gain for Kiffin if he takes another OC job. I would take it in a heartbeat, but he wants to be a HC and needs to prove that he can do it. IMO he stays a HC somewhere.

But this argument is the same type one that is being use to disprove Gruden to Tennessee ... why would he when he can be HC in NFL?

I don't see it as the same. Kiffin wants to be a HC, everybody knows he is a good OC. He needs to prove he can lead a program to get a big time HC job. Being OC under Gruden doesn't help him there. With that being said, I would love for it to happen.

I'd take Kiffin as OC in a heartbeat. He's one of the best in the business and can recruit. Would I want him as head coach? Not at this time. But after five years of keeping his nose clean maybe.
