Dude, don't be so down. All I hear from the few folks I know who I would expect to have the scoop is "Gruden is a pipe dream," but that translates to "smokescreen" when processed. I'm at 40%.

If you think that's nice, you should go to the Greenbrier.

The last time I was there, The Greenbrier looked like it was decorated by a color blind schizophrenic on crack during Christmas. Everything was bright green, red and pink! I preferred Grove Park. Been there several times. Excellent restaurants and one of the best places to watch a sunset on the planet.

If anyone goes to check on Gruden, be sure to take in the sunset while partaking of an adult beverage on the terrace.
