See?! This is what’s crazy, these dude would switch their cable to get Gruden. What would others do?

How can the Grude prudes not see this is going to awesome for the whole city? I want to know who is pooping on this deal at the University, like for sure, if this stuff is true.

And if it’s not and it never was, and never will be, then I hate Gruden and his spider bananas for not saying he doesn’t want it earlier.

LWS is a good guy and brings good info. However he also said Gruden wasn't interested in 2012. He was interested then and it was close to happening.

Alright folks.....I’m still all aboard the Gruden train, but no way I’m reading this thread as late as I did last night (which is apparently still early to some of you youngsters)...Here’s to waking up to great news.....or at least not BAD news...

Could be! Couple of days ago a poster on TOS said original deal to JG was $10 mil./4 years and JG counter with $12 mil./5 years.

Maybe that is where the hang up is.

Some booster say do it and others might not want to. Just a thought no evidence on my end to back it up.

Ergen has about $15B VS Big Jim'S $3B so he could buy him under the table 5x's, also someone posted an article from Forbes where they estimated his holdings, which are formally not valued, at around $80B.

If all this is true I'm not sure what the hold-up is, does TN want to ride with the guy in his 60's that is 5x the worth, or continue to ride with the guy that has helped get us in this mess and is almost 90... lot more to it than that I'm sure but, generally speaking..

I understand that too. I wasn't giving him a hard time, I just didn't feel like repeating word for word what I've already posted twice in as many days.

He's been right and he's been wrong. Things change and chit happens.
