I don't really keep up with Grantham but it's a bit different having a guy that's actually been a long time coordinator switching you to a 3-4 than a first time D.C. Like sunseri. petrino wishes he still had him

Grantham has only been with Mullen one year. No guarantee he would follow him here.

My guess would be they hire someone who runs a 4-3.
