Yeah not all concussions are noticeable. It's why so many in NFL and college have played with one without anyone knowing. Sometimes the player doesn't want out and will do whatever to look fine. It's just part of being an athlete. Not saying anything like that happened here but it's not always easy to tell someone is concussed
This is very true. I honestly can't count the number of times I've had my bell rung and never displayed outward symptoms. And even on the hits to the head that did cause outward symptoms (wooziness, eyes glazed, slow/slurred speech, double vision, memory issues, etc.), I never puked. It's a lot easier to play it off and act like everything is fine than most realize. Most concussions do not come from highlight reel hits that knock someone out.
