I'm starting to think Jones hasn't been told he's fired at the end of the year like some have speculated on here and I'll tell you why.

We've been talking about Butch being fired for what a month and a half now? At the very least a month and I at first thought the same but evidence is mounting against that thought.

First, were is the news leaks? I'm not talking about on here from "insiders" I mean actual news reports. The first one we saw indicating as such was last night, but if you look at the FL situation you see how it pokes holes in the theory that Butch is fired.

The first wind of McElwain being fired was Wednesday I believe. Then the AD comes out and says this false, yet it's all over ESPN, then Saturday the game was barely over before another report came out saying he will be fired.

Then yesterday first report is of the meeting then BOOM he's fired.

Now all that happened in less than a week, yet Butch has been talked about being fired by everyone since the UGA game and not a single word spoken of it by major sports networks like Fox, SI, BR, Yahoo

I just don't see how we can say with certainty that he was told he wouldn't be back and no one has reported it, that big a story and add on the whole Gruden is a lock story and no one knows anything or if they do they're not reporting it?

I just don't think Currie has told him anything

You realize the more you complain about it the worse it gets right? Just go with the flow, enjoy yourself, hell, even join in the fun.

Exactly. I'm not sure what that has to do with Butch's timing since MIT and other folks are shocked that hasn't happened yet. But that would secure Gruden for sure, right?

I can understand pushback to guys coming on here and posting anti Gruden stuff...but IMO i'ts not anti Gruden to question guys coming here sharing supposed "secret" information...or who claim to have friends imbedded in the university who give them privileged information which they then relate to us in cryptic and vague inferences.

I love it...I really do....but I also want REAL info and not be jerked around. I'm pro Gruden...anti-troll.

If you want to cherry pick my posts, you might want to go back and see where I've advocated for unity and whatnot around these parts.

Most recently tonight. That is around the Freak Yacht references that I started some time back.

And I must say, perhaps your vocabulary needs some expansion and refining. Such foul language you are using only serves to show how inept you are at being a good wordsmith.

..just to add. I do not want to discourage those who have REAL info from sharing it by immediately assuming they are full of crap. I hope they share all they have..and if it's real? God bless 'em and keep it coming.
