Ok, so I'll make my JG pitch, along with CBJ delayed firing. JG is on the hook, and UT is going to break the bank, so every bit they can save by firing Butch early goes straight to the bottom line. No worries for losing recruits because the ones who bailed, plus many more will be lining up for JG by signing time, so no need to rush the announcement. JG doesn't want to take over with boat taking on water in season, and an interim coach probably gives them less of a chance to make a lesser bowl game, which is important for young player development.

MNF is not the same without Mike Tirico and Grudes being together. Sean McDonough is very boring.

When Gruden leaves, they better have someone that can pick up McDonough’s slack.

I'll always like McDonough's voice because every time he talks I hear "Stoerner takes the snap, and HE FUMBLED THE FOOTBALL!"

Don’t mean to hound here beaver but this has been a long few days for the masses of vol fans. And I appreciate everything you have shared to give us confidence this thing is moving In right direction. I know you get tired of answering questions But is there reason for hope? I know you can’t say much but anything you can throw us because butch is still the coach and doesn’t look like Currie is doing much. How much longer do we have to deal with this coach? Right now I don’t even care if we get Gruden just to know Butch is gone
