Yeah I noticed that during the press conference this afternoon. Just figured he lacked eye discipline at the moment and it's part of the maturation process of being a fired head coach.......

Look. All I can do is put myself in his shoes. I doubt he ever NEEDS to work a day in his life financially. But, how do the greats go out, on their own terms. Everything is running full circle. Finish coaching where you started, where you met your wife, where her family and your son is. Settle down and finally buy that retirement house that you never have to move from. There's solace and peace with all this if I am him. He said before the timing wasn't right. I think to him that's partially true despite what happened. This is personal now.

I move all the time..soon I'll finally be able to settle down and put down roots. I'll have that house I don't have to worry about selling in 3-5 years, and I'll know where home is. TIFWIW

Haha I know. I miss her already. Another great character.

And it really is a testament to those guys and how good of an actor they both are that they can make you hate them so much yet be really nice in real life. Multiple times Ramsay made me want to jump through the screen and murder him myself. That's so cool you met him in real life.

I won't say never but his wife is from East Tennessee and was a UT cheerleader. She most likely hates Florida with a passion. Imagine her going to all those fundraising events with Florida gear on. I just don't think she would ever be down for that.

Remember, Terry Saban is a HUGE reason Nick took the Bama job. That probably doesn't happen without her. The wives have a much bigger say than people give them credit for.
