Ahh...you guys are bringing back memories now. 91-94. One of the best concerts I ever went to was Garth Brooks at Thompson Boling. Some of the bars I remember...

Ivy's, Lap, Library, Cotton Eyed Joes, Hoorays in the OC, little jazz bar in the OC, reggae bar in the OC, bar right below Killer Pizza (saw the greatest Door's cover band there- the Backdoors I think). I used to work at Spaghetti Warehouse in the OC and we would go to the jazz bar right across the street every night after work to wind down, spent all my tip money at that place. Then we'd hit the Underground.

Velcro Pygmies, Mel and the Party Hats, Immortal Chorus, Tall Paul at the Library...memories.

Yep, all that... We were there at the same time.

If true that none of the coaches want to take the interim job, it makes me feel even better when the whole lot of em are cleaned out (except Gillespie, he can stay)

buncha cowards

Back when BW3 was still BW3 and not Buffalo Wild Wings. Buffalo wild wings and weck, had the best draft beer selection in the OC.

Yes...BDubs screwed the pooch whem they added servers! I remember the beer taps at the bar were automatic. Bartender just pushed a button and it poured. Way ahead of its time!

Since your posting 80s - 90s Knoxville bars, I will post one of the best Knoxville bands from that era. The song applies to Gruden threads at times too!

Guys, help me out?

I read this entire thread and haven't seen the bit about a cheer teammate of Cindy Gruden getting on to Haynesworth about his tweet. I also didn't see it on Twitter.

Was that a joke? If not, I'm clearly oblivious and missed it twice. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA.

I have a daughter that’s a sophomore and I am so envious of her and her friends going out. She is not a partier so is usually the DD but some day I’ll be able to share some of my fond memories of KTown. What was the name of the Cowboy Bar right of Papermill? Also remember seeing Garth Brooks at Worlds Fair sight for free. It was long before he was famous. What I wouldn’t give to want to be in Knoxville every weekend again. Maybe Currie will get off his azz and do something quick and give us all a reason. If anyone is interested go back to my first post ( I think earlier this week) and see the email I sent Currie and Davenport.

Desparado's sorry done been answered. Lol I’m a few pages behind.

BW3 in Old City was one of my regular places back in school. Loved that place.

Eh, I'm not sure that's a good way to look at it. It wouldn't change the BATNA because the BATNA is the state you are in if no deal happens.

Pareto and KH are about the outcomes of a deal. Kinda like evaluating the opposite of the BATNA, if you will. It quantifies the improvement of a deal over the BATNA, and you should accept when you cannot manipulate the deal to improve your outcome. Sometimes, those concepts are used to refer to the OVERALL position of all parties, meaning that everyone is getting the BEST deal possible (maximum improvement).

As I've always heard it used, KH is used to describe the overall state, while Pareto refers to individual parties (could be my circle of experience though, as an attorney I don't deal with too many people who regularly think in these terms).

My question was about whether Peyton's involvement changed the entire landscape, meaning that when he got involved brand new Pareto improvements were possible - thus making the previous landscape non-KH efficient.

Hopefully that makes sense.

* I could be very wrong in the way I use these terms. I'm a lawyer, not a business professional.

This makes perfect sense. Another round of catch up. 🤦*♂️
