Tall Paul, he used to play guitar at the Library when I was in school. I actually bar tended there for 3 years when I was in school, didn't do a lot for my studies.

I LOVED the Library. Broke my heart when UT and the Lap closed.

I think OneLilreb put all of the posters in one big box, basically calling us idiots. That mad me madder than seeing Butch at the presser.

An idiot is someone who is set in their ways and refuses to analyze all angles and appreciate changing trends for what they are.

I.e. Nevergrudens

Jon Gruden on Returning to Coaching: "We'll See What Happens" | RTI

“You never know,” he stated. “We’ll see what happens.”

mfw-i-send-in-my-research-paper-at-pm-when-its-due-by-am-62002.gif

"Jon Gruden has said before that he wouldn’t mind returning to coaching, but he’s remained employed with ESPN all the while."

If Freak would make ol'Sarge a mod. I'd take care of all the issues with these posters coming in here to cause trouble. I literally, spend at least 15 plus hours a day on this site and have since I joined. I know I have no life. But in my defense, I am married have 2 children and work from home. The only time I am not on is when I sleep. There is no discrimination worries as I hate everyone equally and think everyone is equally worthless. But I am fair and impartial.

#SargeforMod

What's your position on Ms. Daniella?

:w00t:

I'm pro 1A. I draw the line at ad hominem attacks. It's ok to attack an argument but not a poster.

If I was ya’ll, I’d campaign on the promise you’ll bring Daniela back if Sarge is made a mod. I’m assuming you’re his campaign manager?

As you can see, he was given a chance earlier and he went all smokescreeney. I'm not sure he even understands the issues.

I wish I was the Beav. Sounds like he lives that jet-set lifestyle. I'm envious.

However, I'm not. I'm not going to prove anything to anyone. I'm just a vols fan who's been watching this thread so long and so close that I feel like family.

I love contracts, negotiations, and conspiracies. This has been an amazing puzzle to play with. I've lured about until I had something to say.

Couldn't be more clear - I have no inside information. No connections. No original rumors to bring. Just analysis of what has been presented here.

Seriously, solving the puzzle is what this is about. That and hope.

I think it is pretty clear at this point there is only one thing that we as fans can do. I have been frustrated the last 48 hours at the lack of any kind of statement coming from Currie. The administration has made it clear that they don't care about being decisive and acting in the best interest of the program as a whole. So can I ask my friends here in the Gruden thread a favor.....

I think we have to empty Neyland this weekend. It is the only way to voice the displeasure with the AD. It kills me to say it. I feel like a reasonable and logical person, but enough is enough.

So can I ask a favor if someone else supports this idea: I apparently cannot make a new thread because I do not have enough posts myself, but I think it is a pretty good idea to merge the #EmptyNeyland crowd with the fans who still want to support the team/players/city.

If someone else supports this and would make a new thread to better get the idea out, maybe we can actually build enough support to legitimately do it.

#EmptyNeyland for the entire first quarter. Just the first quarter. Then enter the stadium as if nothing happened

This accomplishes a lot of the goals we all want together. It puts the administration on notice as a warning shot. Think of how united a message we can send to the AD. 80-100k waiting at the doors and then entering in unison late. It would also show that we support the team because for 3 of the quarters the stadium would be (mostly) filled. People who paid for tickets can still go and enjoy the game and support our players. They can still go to the vol walk. But for 1 quarter - 15 minutes of football (a not unreasonable amount of time) - to come together and make sure the AD knows our frustration too.

Any other thoughts? Any ideas?

Enough is enough. It is time the AD took the image of their school and program seriously. Our players deserve better. They deserve a better coach.

It was a killer when I was in engineering school. Tough choice. Good grades or a good time on Monday night.

Too often I didn’t choose the grades.
