My opinion and it's absolutely opinion only - is that if is JG is the next head coach, he's a volunteer assistant coach to his son's high school team. He can't coach college and do that at the same time because of recruiting violations. Their season ends November 3. I mean even if they announced he will be starting at a certain date, my thought is can he attend his son's games without it counting as an official visit?

If they wanted Butch gone last night, and no one wanted to be interim, then what other choice than to let him keep coaching for a week - or it's a might as well let him keep coaching this crapshow a week longer.

The two freudian slips in the presser are the real telling things for me. Especially the last one - penalties won't hold over until the final game.

Dang...that is depressing. That's my hope that we haven't hired an AD that is more incompetent than Hammy and Hart combined. He knows whats going on, and what some are saying about his perceived inaction. If he didn't have an Ace (or 10) in his pocket, I think he would have said something by now. If you want Jones gone thats what the stands should look like for all four quarters this Saturday. If they arent Jones will be here till LSU. Thats what they are waiting on guys. AS long as the fans keep showing up for this **** show Jones will be our coach.
