There will always be a reason to justify waiting. But the truth is there is no reason Butch should still be here. Fire him and announce Gruden later. Like, a week later. It's just more likely we are waiting for something that isn't happening.

Right now, with Butch still at the helm, it's like we all have a ten ton brick sitting on our chest. We all feel angry and helpless, at least by firing Butch it would breathe a breath of fresh air into all of us. FIRE HIM!
