JG has made some really nice throws tonight and has looked decent running the ball (take out the sack yardage). Definitely has tools to work with there and potential to be very good tandem with Chandler the next few years.

Just have to get him some better coaches. All the players deserve better. Keep Gillespie and can the rest.
