Not challenging you here, just making conversation...why do a lot of people think that Kiffin would succeed as HC? He was HC at a school with just as many resources as Tennessee and failed.

Pay him no mind.. he is always a drama queen. He goes from one extreme to another.. I think he is 12.. maybe 13.

Ive lived with a lot of girls. lost a few because i wouldnt propose. Swore Id never get married. Last year, changed my mind, then got kicked in the teeth. Now I feel like marrying someone I cant stand just to keep tue crazy going.

I get it...trust me. But this university truly can’t have another swing and a miss. Too many big money folks really are ready to walk away from serious commitments including myself if this is a underwhelming hire.

Just know I have no reason at all to do anything but bring my opinion on things. I have been and will continue to be very careful with what i post and what i don’t....That is a must in order to protect myself. On the security front I did get some of my people involved on that today....but you can never be too safe. Would hate to have to disappear but would if it meant the AD would have better success in the overall goal.

Fact is the guy came in here with information. I simply noticed that there had been a bunch of talk about honors etc by him so as a member myself very easy for me to vet with a few simple questions to see if he was full of bs...he nailed them both. What he was saying also lined up with some of the things i had heard from my neck of the woods so I felt inclined to post and also make him an offer.

And for your info...the Blackburn deal was as good as done...until about the only person in those neck of the woods had to get involved....and it blew up. Which he is rather good at. Another epic failure IMO that highlighted the power struggle with some of our largest boosters. It has been a constant since i have been involved.

Certain booster(s) need to be told take their money and shove it up their arse.. It will hurt for a bit but UT WILL be ok.. UT was here before they showed up and will be here long after they're dead and gone...
