Having lived through Gruden 2012 there is much more smoke this time. Not saying he's coming here but the smoke is definitely greater this go around. We'll see.

We've clearly made a huge offer to Gruden. Who knows from there?

If he was to take the job, it'd give a huge shot of life into a program that desperately needs it. I think recruits would fall over each other to play for Gruden.

"Don't toy with me, Dick"...

This, my friends, is the Post of the Year. It is impossible to get any better, even a teeny bit. Impossible.

Freak, turn out the lights. We're finished here.

I was a grad student in Starkville for a year, had a son in that time and decided it wasn't right for me and my family at least in the time being. I live in Jacksonville now, so nice not to be eating Bulldog Burger twice a week lol.

What department are you in?

Anthropology! And I feel ya on Bulldog Burger.

I miss living in a city.

Ooh I got it. Jay Graham is coming back home from Florida State to coach running backs for Jon Gruden. Aaannnd hes bringing Cam Akers with him. Lol.

Even with the caveat of names being redacted, I can't imagine there are many high-level D1 coaches that would give an "I'm straight" to their homie posting such confidential information on a message board.

Anyone else think Memphis (-11) vs Tulane and ND (-7.5) vs NC State are easy picks? Both are at home. Memphis is coming off a huge comeback win on the road at Houston and ND is coming off that curb-stomping of USCw.

Yep easily could text a friend and just redact names

That text thread is gold. Lol you can literally just text yourself and delete the duplicates and say whatever you want it to say.

Literally anyone could have that conversation, screenshot it, and put it up as "proof."

This is ridiculous. Great fun, but ridiculous.

Of course it is. Better it's better than talking about the slap fight between two old maids that will be taking place Saturday night in Lexington.
