I know intellectually that there are plenty of good reasons Currie could have for not making a move right now.

But it just infuriates me for the kids who are busting their asses and sacrificing their BODIES for this team and this program and this school, and THIS MAN is allowed out there to blame them for HIS failures while he collects his millions.

Butch Jones has no shame, and John Currie is letting the $$ distract from his duty to these young men.

Either Currie is a complete joke and doing nothing while letting butch run himself into the ground, or he is the most diabolical arsehole ever letting butch flounder around while he perfects his elaborately crafted master plan.

No he cares more about having people praise him for being correct; he doesn't give a damn if he's right or wrong as long as he has his fanboys eating up everything he says.

There are some people out there who interview well. Say all the right things, quote books and stuff and walk around like they are the smartest guy in the room. But eventually they get exposed. That’s Butch. He’s got a 3 year success plan. Anything beyond 3 years and he’s done.

The AD saves a few million, a few egos are stroked, some back are patted during a few rounds of golf, and meanwhile Jack Jones is never going to play the game again, while his head coach trots out and blames him and his teammates for HIS failures.

Not sure where you went to school, but I graduated from Cleveland. I can think of at least three kids that went to MIT from when I was there. Its a good school, but you guys are ridiculous if you don't think there are people from all over there.

If he only went to grad school there, then that makes it more likely he could've gone to high school anywhere in Chatt, got his undergrad from a public state university, and then went from there.

That's all I'm guessing though. Even though I don't really believe him, I'm not going to try and figure out who he is if that's what he wants. Here's to hoping Butch is about to be fired.

While I definitely agree with this, we have to hope UT is playing the long game. Unfortunately our current players become just numbers to the university.

Hey John Currie, maybe you have some sort of brilliant effing master plan you're pulling off here, but if Butch Jones blames his players one more damn time for "failure to execute," that's on YOU. Sit Butch's ass down NOW and make it clear that those words better never pass his lips again. And if he does it again, fire his ass with cause for gross insubordination.
