Nope. No insider called CBJ in 2012. No insider called Charlie Strong, who was offered before CBJ, accepted and then backed out.

IIRC, no insider called Kiffin.

Several insiders said that Gruden was a done deal in 2012.

It makes me downright mad to see Penn State come back from the biggest scandal in all of college football history- many thought they might never recover or it would take years and years- already won their conference and look dominant this season as well.

And yet here we are at UT basically scrapping the bottom with a joke of a head coach. Tennessee better realize how critical this hire is. Screw the buildings and training centers- get a damn winning confident coach!!!

venture capital. They invest in companies for stock in that company. They make money when the companies are traded publicly on the stock market/are bought out etc. sounds like he’s saying they’re going to give Jon gruden either a lot of money or stock in their companies? Very weird...
