The Gruden deal rumor is comple BS. Sorry to say this, but MIT and others have either received bad information or they’re completely full of crap. I don’t know if Gruden was offered the job and turned it down, or if he was even approached, but I can assure you from the highest source that he’s not taking the job. This is not coming from inside the athletic dept or from a powerful booster. It’s coming straight from JG’s camp. You guys are being taken for a ride.

If you don’t know what his personal baggage is, then it’s you that should try again. Where someone was born or raised has no bearing on where they will coach. If that the case.....maybe you should predict Kelly to Syracuse.

LOL at all of these “insiders” who’ve been stoking the embers all week getting cold feet and saying it’s over the night the team should realistically make a decision on Jones. If he’s been fired, or agreed to a buyout, something will absolutely leak by tomorrow or Monday. They’re getting cold feet because most their “grumors” hinge on that happening. If it doesn’t...the shows over. Unless of course they claim Gruden backed out so now there’s no rush for Currie to fire Butch. Spoiler alert - no one posting here knows anything. They were all watching the ESPN ticker like the rest of us when Butch was escorted into Knoxville.

At least Beaver is sticking to his guns. Not that I believe him either, but at least he’s not flip flopping with vague “he is/he isn’t” posts every 10 hours. And that’s another thing, the fact that some here get so worked up over three word sentences, or emojis, or “....’s” by these guys, when they’re literally not committing to saying anything is ridiculous. All we know is that Jones should be fired, and he likely will be.....soon! (See what I did there?)
