I want Gruden, but if he doesn’t wanna be here then what can you do?? I want him but I also want him to want to come here and be excited about coming. If he’s offered the money and everything else he wants but still won’t take it, he just simply doesn’t have the passion for it and would end up not doing good.

It sucks I can't even get into my favorite sport anymore. TN getting killed just ruins it for me. I used to enjoy Saturday's during college season. I'd start with game day and watch games all day. Now I just dgaf and can't stand any of it.

I feel you man. The first thing I would do was read the sports section early in the morning and then watch Gameday and make my saturday schedule around when tennessee plays, now I do not even bother watching them. Have not watched a game since the first half of the UMASS game. Not boycotting just frustrated and bitter.

No way either one of these are true.

Then a poster asked him if Butch may be retained.

I agree......... but am honestly torn last we heard from DTO was Gruden was back on the table.... my guy said NO Gruden early today... Conflicting posts by other TOS members.... still unsure what to believe

Why should I believe MIT beaver, LWS, Thamilton, Boro, DTO. I thought currie threatened if anybody leaked info that they would be fired. MIT swares by that gruden is hired while LWS claims otherwise. Nobody knows a damn thing! I'm done until something pops up on my TV screen stating Butch is fired and so and so is hired. Why would you drop a bombshell on gameday when the Currie is in Tuscaloosa? I thought no negotiations as far as contracts can be be neither agreed or turned down if we still have a coach. Like I said I'm done with this. Is this frustration? Most likely but there so much BS circulating around that I can't believe anybody

I'm with you Thamilton did have some strong allegations but did throw his personal info out so props to that MIT stuff did come true so to say with the betting lines, so I don't want to discount him I think he is genuine and now this today of all days? feels like me in 2012 getting sucked in by gay4brey or something like that I'm confused as ever but I'm still in!

I am of the opinion that someone turning down UT twice in 5 years should be made public. At this point we don't know other than hearsay if an offer was made 5 years ago or this year. Just a bunch of insiders that never get their info straight with each other.

EDIT: I know that is not the "professional" way to conduct business but neither is keeping the real supporters (fanbase) in the dark.
