Please explain why waiting 1 year would change anything? What coaches will be available next year that aren't available this year?

I'm just waiting for the firing of Butch. After that I will get nervous about if the admin is going to train-wreck us again or not. I'm in the Gruve till they let me down. Its a lot better place to be than in the other threads that are "seriously" trying to figure out options for coaches. Those threads are like funeral homes, or pits of misery, despair and failure.

This thread is so much better. This place is like being in a drugged up rave in the 90's. You get high, you fall down in the bathroom, you start going back up again. and then foam and lasers happen. Then you wake up wonder what exactly you did last night, you never figure it out, but you know it was epic.

Frankly, Ive never seen Larry post "here"(as in Gruden thread) until this game.

And Ive been here since this got fired back up.

All of a sudden hes here?

I don't know if it's necessarily "better", but the weather dude on the TV cut into the game with tornado warnings in the SW part of the State.

And is decidedly more excited than Jones. Sad when the weather forecasts are more exciting than watching Vol football...

If this is playing hard I'd hate to see what laying down looks like.

We look like a high school team development wise against Bama. We are talking directional school in northern Idaho against Bama. We can't compete against good teams second and third string.

I'm not sure what to say other than we are not built to compete in the SEC and a complete rebuild looks like it is needed. This is sad and if the news I am hearing on the coaching search is true in 10 years we will no longer be a top 10 or 20 program.

This is a perfect time to quell the Gruden rumours temporarily from a site traffic standpoint. The Bama threads will burn the servers down tonight so of youre gonna allow someone tomcut into your site traffic with misinformation its now since the game threads are high.

Freak, tell the insiders they can come back now or this thread is dead.

Scott Frost LOL Now that's funny!

I rather have either IMG and St. Thomas Aquinas high school head coaches here in Florida than Scott Frost! Would be another Dooley or Butch type hire.

Im not buying.

Frost has been a head coach for one season. If UT is in talks with him then we are in a world of ish - hell Dan Mullen is a much better candidate.

GTFO with Frost. I dont think Currie going to put his ass on the line for a guy with little experience!
