Hopefully his info is a bit off and it's a new buyout clause. No way in hell they would give him an extension.

We have showed videos to our boys (17 & 13) from mid-late 90's. They can't believe that the Vols used to play like they did.

It's sad really.

If this new info is true, let Butch coach the bama game with him full knowing it will be his final game on the sidelines of the Tennessee Volunteers. There's absolutely no reason to subject Fulmer to what we all know is coming this Saturday.

After that I don't care who they put as interim. Fulmer, Hoke, or boxershortsskidmarksrkewl, I don't care as long as Gruden is the end result and is where he belongs next season.

Pro style does the same thing in a different way. Pretty much says "We are running right at you, we both know it. Now who wants it more? I like the spread but it is too timing involved in a lot of instances and running game is very lateral and play flow is predictable. I would rather have 2-3 WRs that play that get the majority of the targets than 8 that rotate in and out all of the time and also use the TE more.

Literally WTH?

I stay out at the farm with no internet for a week and login to find I have been magically whisked back to 2012. I about spit shine on my puter screen.

Well hell, I guess I will follow along like the last time, if you all will have me. Smokey, DTO, Boro glad to see everyone back. I'm hoping with the new leadership at UT and VFL input we can get it right this time.

twitter and Fox Knoxville are saying Butch is gone after BAMA game, and Fulmer will be named interim coach for the rest of the year. He said he is hearing that it is done deal and he was not backing off the statement. Also saying there is real mutual interest between Gruden and Currie. And the following is a quote from a VOLS writer on twitter:

Here's a #grumor I heard a very small contingent flew into Nashville on Sun. morn. & returned to Knox am Mon to talk to Gruden for 2nd time!
