Hes good enough to at least be a #2 somewhere, sure. And I guess his politics are tangentially related to him not being picked up.
But nobody will hire him because of the backlash from fans, not because the owners or the league dislike his politics, per se.
Took actual collusion from MLB owners to win a case like this. He hired noted celebrity whore mouthpiece lawyer Mark Geragos to buck this up even more. Hes most likely banking on a settlement to go away or to stoke up his martyr stance...since its waning a tad and not 100% on him. Hope the owners lawyers slap their fees on top of him since Geragos prolly took this on contingency.
