Hyams is a loser but he's 100% correct.

What i like about Gruden coming here is that fact that the backup players should be really good also. If we have injuries or players get suspended we have players that can step in.

I just don't think anything is going to happen today on either side of the equation. I have no inside information just going on past experience in the last coaching search. Things tend to build up and look like it's happening and then nothing.
I expect the normal cliché filled useless Monday press conference today and probably the same next Monday. I'm as frustrated as anyone else and want him fired yesterday but that doesn't matter to the ones running the show.

My advice to everyone is to be patient and not get your hopes up on anything happening in the next few days or possibly weeks. I hope I'm able to take my own advice.

I just hope we can get this dealt with before my vacation at the end of November.

To add to my previous post, going on the information being put out last night in this thread, if butch were to be officially let go today or in the next few days I would think that would mean some VERY good news on the Gruden front.

As I have stated before, if they bring him back or hire from the Dollar Tree bargain bin, I will definitely have a lot of free time on Saturdays next fall. My support will be limited to checking the bottom ticker while watching Predators games.
