What was the hangup? I'm not calling you out but seriously asking. Didn't his agent come out all and say it was a "pipe dream" and never close to happening?

others on here had previously said what the hang up was and that those obstacles have been removes. Seems like it had something to do with assistant coaches and i forget the rest

If UT ain't gonna be invested in a winning program, then I can't justify being invested in UT.

Guys, you are going to hear other names pop up during this process. Some of those names pop up because we are conducting due diligence vetting. Some of those names are misdirection. And some names on the list you will never hear about.

None of those names at this point means that we have moved on from our top targets.

I would love this hire but I feel like he's got a good thing going now and it would be tough to get him off of the west coast. Same with Chip, if UCLA comes knocking I think that he takes that job or maybe even returns to Oregon.
