I’m flattered. Judging by what I know, Baldy has a big heart, likes to help people, and he is a doer. I’m sure when he gets a call and leaves, it’s either he is helping someone or needs alone time. Every now and again us military types who have been in for a while need alone time to think, find peace, and remember.

I have figured out the difference in the calls. The being alone time is usually only a day or two. The other is longer, sometimes quite a bit longer. That is the part that is hard to understand. I know it can't be easy on him, but he still keeps on doing it. He says he's doing it for us. Can't someone else do it now? He's too old and doesn't need to anymore, right?
