This just isn't rational thinking.
Middle of the pack in the West since 2009 is freakin awesome.
2009 - Alabama won SEC and a national title
2010 - Auburn won SEC and a national title
2011 - Alabama won national title and couldn't even win the conference. LSU won the SEC and played for a national title
2012 - Alabama won a national title
2013 - Auburn won the SEC and played for a national title
2014 - Bama won SEC, playoff team
2015 - Bama won SEC and a national title
2016 - Bama won SEC, played in the national champ game
Also, 2015 Ole miss finished top 10, 2011 Arkansas finished the season ranked 5th in the nation which was good enough for 3rd in the west division. In 2010 the west had 5 of 6 teams finish the season ranked. Pretty much every year you're gonna have at least 3 teams who finish the season ranked. Sometimes 4 teams.
Where did he finish in each of those seasons? I agree he would be good hire. I want more and want to win. If he can do that then great. I just hate that argument well he's at miss state. Winners will win no matter the circumstance losers will make excuses. I don't care just give me a winner that can beat bama.
So all you want is someone better than Nick Saban?
You know, not that you spell it out I want some of that too. Who ya got in mind?
Better than Saban will never find. Well the list of coaches and some coordinators that's beat him
Hugh Freeze (nope)

It's tough then you go in the unknown with Gruden or NFL coaches.
