Sounds like the same thing that was said about Worley.
It really is malpractice.
PF says Mullen can be had right now for $5.5 million a year.
Don't believe that one bit. If State beats Georgia, they will be favored every game except Bama. If they are undefeated or even a 1 loss team going into Bama game, it will be huge. Mullen will likely go 10-2 at worst this season at State. No reason to leave with Fitzgerald being a junior.
Folks in Starkville will match any offer made to him under 10 Million.
Plus one thing people aren't mentioning, Mississippi State's enrollment standards aren't anywhere near Tennessee's. Some of the players he has at State wouldn't even qualify at UT. I question how well he could recruit here.

situational football aside, it really is. the O line is starting prove it can assert itself, and there's nothing that really needs to be said about the running back group. each of them have proven to be capable...JK more than.
and despite what many have said, when QD is able to get in a rhythm, he's looked good. it just hasn't happened a lot. you've got big tall WR's that can convert those 3rd downs for you. QD can certainly manage that type of game, and as shown with that pass to Wolfe, he can be accurate when he can drop, set and throw. you just can't be predictable.
there was a point in Saturday's game in the 3rd qtr where we ran it on 1st down a couple times and only got a yard or two, but i was fine with it....for every 1 yard run, we'd get another 6 yarder, or 15 yard RB screen. it was working. and as the game wore on, we started getting the chunk plays out of the running game.
this team needs an identity. and right now...i'd put #4 at the front of the line and say "this is who we are, until someone stops it, have fun".
no other option right now. JG is just not ready... development at the QB position has been really, really bad.....
Because he said they could hang with Bama you tard
What will be the breaking point in reality where Butch will be shown the door? I think Currie will look at all facets of program. Recruiting, current roster and how many transfers we may have ? What say ye
