Negative recruiting has been going on for over a year but he still is pulling a great class. This team was going to be 8-4, 7-5. I haven't seen anything to change that. Still on pace. If he loses to one of ky, mizz, sc, vandy then he is gone that probably means 6-6 or worse and he is gone immediately. 7-5 that's not my call to make but if he is kept def will be coaching for his job next year

Agree..... If we start JG. I'm done with Dormady and if Butch starts him again I'm done with Butch too.... Unless Dormady somehow leads us to a win over Uga, which isn't looking good

Here here. Hopefully the players and coaches have a fire lit under them and they play like world beaters they rest of the year.

Valid points, but I'm pretty much done with standing up for a coach because he's a hard worker and a great recruiter. Has to pay dividends at some point. In-game coaching continues to be a major concern.

At some point, we need to realize that the fans will stick with the school as support. Then, at some point, maybe folks will get over the fear of change.

Not beating Bama. Would have to win every other game to even have a chance at the East.

Been that way since the mid 90s. Last year was a fluke and not a trend...only reason we won in the early 2000s is Zook was not a good coach.

Yes but it's not our decision to make. He is our coach I pull for the team to win and have the player's back. Georgia to me will be the crossroads to me. And as of right now it's not looking good. Any missstep the rest of the year and 7-5 or worse I leave it to Curry to make the best decision possible.

I'm genuinely grateful for everything Butch has done to get Tennessee back to relevance, but in year 5 I think the sample size is large enough and we've had enough of *these* kinds of games to reach a conclusion. 2014-15 and 2017 against UF, last year against Vandy and South Carolina, arguably 2013 against Vandy...there's just too many of these stupid games to not notice that it's a trend. There are fundamental coaching issues.

Again, I really am grateful to Jones and I would love him to prove me wrong, but this just isn't where it needs to be in year 5.

What you see w/ QD is what you're gonna get. No progress or improvement after 3 games, yet Butch continues to ride him.

Same old shick w/ CBJ for 5 years. No change, tries to fit players into his system. Stubborn as hell. Botches play calls and questionable use of timeouts. No growth noted as a HC. Can't get behind that.

No doubt the players play hard all game and I can get behind that. Rooting for them all the way to do well, ball out, and win out, and get drafted.

JG 9/10? Based on what? hunch? Hope? I hope your right but making absolute statement on a guy who has yet to really play? Scott didn't help QD much at all with his play calling.

Go with Guarantano and take the lumps that will come. I'm not convinced that the end of the year record will be any different than with Dormady. Dormaday loses his mechanics when pressure comes and throws poor passes. If you go with Guaratano, you're putting the ball in his hands for the next 3 years, but if you keep going with Dormady, you lose Guaratano with the way this season has started and the QBs have played and been managed.
