Tried to warn you guys this was coming. No shame in losing on the road as a 7pt underdog.

Disappointed with a list of things especially the execution of the a number of players but not worth disguising when emotions are high.

Sept 30th just became a massive game and my confidence level has been raised with the perfroamce of Bob Shoop today.

GBO!

LOL, I can't help but like you, Bruin. Our defense was pretty hideous in the 4th. Before that, it was downright stellar and we did get two huge turnovers that kept us in the game. I will join with you. We're gonna whip that Bulldog azz on September 30th.

It's a crying shame how much talent that is being played wasted. This is a 10-2 football team with proper coaching IMO

I hope it wakes everyone up from the admin down to the walk ons and they play lights out the rest of the year and they go on a mission.

The hardest part of the Jones era to me is that we have been so, so close.

Dooley was clearly in way over his head and it was obvious by year 3 he needed to be fired.

Butch has been right on the verge of being a very good coach but somehow when we get close he tightens up and it slips away.

The clock has definitely started though. Hope this team doesn't completely fold. I hated watching that in 2012.

I think CBJ will leave if he can, and I think he'll take less money to make the move to a conference with less pressure and scrutiny. Wouldn't surprise me if UT would negotiate his buyout to make that possible. IIRC, it dropped to $2 mil this February. A few more embarrassing SEC losses, and Currie probably would see that as a win.

Here's another thing to remember, per LWS and others, Butch campaigned hard for that Michigan job before they hired Harbaugh and there was one job he was lining himself up for last year before we dropped the ball vs. Vandy. Will he shut down mentally vs. this adversity?

It's funny how many people forget that he was looking for a way out after last year. I don't think he believes he can get it done here deep down. I wonder sometimes if he tries to lower the expectations of our fans.

And then get throttled by Georgia.

3-2 and 6th in the SEC east.

Awesome.

I'm seriously expecting the big coaching search this year-- with Auburn and Texas AM maybe Arksansas. Tee Martin?? At least he would probably keep our recruits.

If we lose to UGA, I think Butch is done at the end of the season. He's done during the season if we lose to UGA and one of SCe or Vandy.

Currie better back up his talk if he makes the move. Win at all cost.

Who are some realistic candidates? Or maybe a better question, will they fork out the more money?

Take a job in the West where Bama will continue to win or the East where it's wide open?

Think we have the advantage there.

Being a Tennessee fan is so hard these past ten years or so. I'll never quit the team, but they hurt my heart a lot.

Really should've won this game. Dare I say easily.

At least uSC is struggling against Kentucky while hosting a ton of recruits, including Jaycee Horn.
