Hypothetical:

If Shoop's defense continues to disappoint, and John Chavis becomes available. Would you want to see Chavis come back to UT?

No. I don't think my heart can handle anymore 3rd and Chavis. The game has clearly passes him by. I could see him getting one of those consultant roles somewhere, but I don't think a P5 school will hire him again.

Gene Chizik and SECN halftime crew gushing about UF D and says we won’t be able to pass on em because we lost our best two receivers Jauan Jennings and wait for it.. Ethan Wolfe are out. Oh Gene, you are an idiot.

said we would lose by double digits in the opener too. He must be watching tape of the 2014 UF Defense.

No it's time to bring tee home.

Look at his recruiting resume. It would be awesome to bring home the guy that won a natty for us. Would also be a huge statement to hire a young, African American head coach. Give him 2.5-3 million and then a huge pool of money to hire an elite staff

I wouldn't touch this job if I was Tee. First big loss and our fan base and local media would forget everything positive he ever did for the program and tear him to shreds. Best to remain a nice memory. Same reason Peyton should never coach here.

Ya he's past his prime. I'm one of his biggest fans, and Les Miles owes his career to Chavis, but it's time for him to retire.

That's a fair point but since neyland, we are at our best when we're coached by a former player (majors and fulmer).
