I thought Shoop was supposed to be an aggressive type of coordinator?

It's baffling to me. I don't see how he could have top defenses everywhere he's been and when he gets to Tennessee, who has more athletes than any defense he's ran, they're slaw. Don't get it.

Watching a little of the Oregon Neb game and it doesn't matter what coaching staff they bring in, they THROW the all down field. It's like they run Streaks all game. Just throw after throw is middle of field for 25 yards, 40 yards and they are HAMMERING NEB.

Wish TN threw the ball like that

Yeah, I'd like to see starters out on both sides. No reason to risk injuries for additional reps basically against scout team.

Give 2nd/3rd team the game.

Same. Hurt worse than any loss I can remember

Oklahoma and Florida in '15 hurt a lot, too. I went straight to bed after the game, didn't want to watch other games, because I knew they would show hi-lights of that game.

I'm assuming coaches wanted to give starters one good drive to punch it in after halftime then are going to put in backups.
