Anyone that calls any kind of motivational tool dumb or whatever and isn't actually on the team really sounds dumb to me. You think you even have the right to give input. It's motivation. It doesn't involve you. It's a team thing.

Ive never seen such a small sledge hammer. Lol Anyone else notice he took the pic from the back cuz they were too scared to ask him for a pic.

The trash can seems dumb, but my students would do extra homework for the opportunity to dunk a wad of paper through a $10 hoop I had taped on the wall. So, it doesn't take much. Hell, I do some things for bragging rights so dunking in a trash can seems pretty fun.
