Re-watching the 1st half and the line wasn't as bad as originally thought. Tatum was bad at times but I'm pretty confident in the line when we get DR back and Kendrick shifts back over to RT

Trey Smith is already a stud and probably our best lineman.

Tatum didn't look very good, hopefully he improves with more playing time. I wonder if Kendrick takes his spot when Richmond comes back

I don't think there is any question Kendrick flips to RT when Richmond comes back but I thought Tatum settled down as the game went on.

How much did Boulware and Thomas play?

How JJ handles himself after this injury will be key to his future. Hopefully, he'll keep his head on straight with idle time etc. This will certainly test his maturity. A real shame he was injured, heart and soul of our offense and team.

Hadn't thought of it from that angle. Will definitely test his maturity

I am down a little on 99 today but gosh almighty he had To have played 70 or more snaps. Complete bs to have him play that much

I think our starting DTs may have played over 80 snaps each. Also, KMac is on extra point team which is 6 more snaps.

Woohoo! Third page!

Is the "Like" feature permanently gone is is it some kind of glitch like the double post phenomenon?

Anyone else find it interesting that we beat the last two triple-option teams (Air Force in 06 and Tech yesterday) by stopping a two point conversion attempt on pretty much the last play of the game? Kind of a quirky stat.

I didn't think the line was that bad as I was watching. As you said, Tatum got beat a few times but it was mostly QD not stepping up. I'm feeling good about OL

So who was supposedly going to be suspended this weekend for the off-season stuff? Wasn't it Jennings?

Agreed. QDs footwork and pocket presents ;) were not good.

Hate to bring it up but with the emergence of Bituli, we should probably start him and McDowell, and depending on if someone else steps up maybe not even McDowell. The speed difference btw 35 and Jumper is significant, and that's Jumpers main knock on his game to me. Still think he's alright, just a bit too slow.

I think they definitely should have put Johnson, Picou and even Bain out there more and kept kmack and Vickers fresher. The backups couldn't have been much worse than totally gassed starters.

I think that group will look totally different in a few weeks with Tuttle back and playing against normal offenses.
