'18 TN WR Tykee Kellogg

“It's not a big one thing. It's been an accumulation of things,” Rankin said of the reasoning for Ogle-Kellogg's suspension. “We're trying to shift through it and make sure we're fair in what we're doing. We don't care how big-time the player is. We're making sure we're doing the right thing as far as fairness and how we need to handle it with our team.”

Quoted from the above link. Sounds like he's got a history of discipline issues. Might be why we backed off from our recruitment of him.

Steps to being a big time college football player

1. Have God given athletic ability
2. Work your tail off to be better than the others who possess similar talent.
3. Do your homework
4. Lay off drugs
5. Don't be a pain in the hindquarters, or run with cats who are

Congratulations! You are now a big time football player!

Highly doubt he's getting kicked off the team for smoking.

Ya he did, repeatedly was told to stop, didn't stop, and was gone. From what I was told, he couldn't stop. My friend said I know it's not addictive but for him it must have been.

If that's the case... talk about mental midgets.

IMO it was turning into one of those things they couldn't continue to get away with breaking a rule and losing the respect of the other players. Hell we saw it under Dooley. When you give a couple guys special treatment, then the whole thing rolls down hill.

Will reflect bad on him in recruiting. NEVER go to Twitter and kick a coach/program while down.
