I saw a different view of the crash, and the Challenger ran into the back of a silver Cadillac with a black half vinyl top in the crowd of people. I wondered how the front end got so torn up. I didn't think it looked like it just hit people.

Not sure. I read one thing that said the driver had been getting his car struck with sticks and thrown rocks, panicked, and was trying to get away. The counter protestors apparently had no permit, and that street was not supposed to be blocked. Time will tell how much of this is true.

The latest quotes I saw were that he sat in his car at the top of a street for several minutes just staring at the crowd and then just sped into the crowd. The video of the car traveling down the street seems clear that he had intent to injure. He had chances to turn, slow down, or stop. The street was fairly empty for several blocks. He intentionally sped into the crowd.

If he tries to claim he was in fear for his life and was therefor justified in some way, the video and eyewitness accounts would appear to strongly refute his claims.

Original speculation was that it was an anti-Trump kid named Joel, but they apparently sold the car years ago. Now it's registered to a James Alex Fields, don't know much about him yet. I also saw a photo of police arresting the driver, not sure whether it is James or someone else. Seems like it should all come out soon

just curious, if antifa or any of the "left" groups had a protest, and right wing crazy mother effers showed up to counter and violence started would you blame the left for organizing a protest?

it only became illegal (violent) when the other side showed up. the media is only portraying one side of this. no mention of the number of counter protesters or anything they might have said and done. we are given one side of the story. big bad racists showed up and violence started. and oh yeah maybe there were counter protesters in the area. but that's not worth mentioning.

the only bad is who started the violence. they are all idiots and crap heads with nothing good happening in their lives.

again I ask the question. If BLM was having a peaceful walk down MLK here in ATL. a bunch of KKK members showed up and got violent, would you be blaming BLM for having the lawful protest? replace BLM with antifa if you are offended.

and this doesn't even matter. Both sides of the media are showing their butts only highlighting the wrongs of the opposite. Neither side is doing their job and actually reporting all the facts.

They are a extreme left violent group funded by George. They travel the country to start riots, chaos and incite violence.

The governor of Virginia just gave a great speech as is the mayor of Charlottesville at this moment.

They both are stating my beliefs exactly.
