Can anyone name from memory Obama's communication directors? What about George Bush? Bill Clinton? Who cares, really?
It's not who is chief. It's that the administration has accomplished nothing of substance, is at war with the majority party in Congress (it's own), and can't maintain any continuity due to the insanity of Dear Leader.

Did you think it would work out any differently? If so, you're as naive as Huff. The Dems hate him because he defeated HRC.... their savior.... their ace in the hole. The Reps tried to disown him because they knew he was the middle finger vote ..... and they're nothing more than liberal democrats lite.
If nothing gets passed then so be it. It could be much worse.... HRC or Bernie could be president
Nothing would be passed under them either, probably more so.
Perhaps.
However, the Exec Branch has been quietly rolling back regulations, something that was never going to happen with HRC or Bernie. And call it a "feel good" measure if you want, but the simple fact they are taking some away is a good thing.
The Paris Treaty would still be in effect and we'd be shelling out money to the UN for other countries to build "green" stuff.
TPP would (likely) have gone into effect on an HRC watch.
Keystone XL would still be dead and in a quagmire of regulations.
There is now a SCOTUS Justice that appears to follow the Constitution. Never would have happened under HRC.
And you really can't deny the good Mattis has been doing at the Pentagon. I'm pretty sure he never would have been an HRC or Bernie pick.
Yeah, Trump is a buffoonish Neanderthal and loves him some Twitter, but there is some good that's been accomplished so far. Even you can admit that.
Other than the SCOTUS, Trump has a bunch of moral victories. He's Tennessee football 2 years ago
Now see, this is where you need to take your partisan blinders off and actually look instead of just listening to what CNN has to tell you.
And FTR, UT was 9-4 two years ago. Not shabby considering there they had been as little as five years ago.
Ok I'll give you regulation as well. Not listening to CNN, it's all executive orders. The same executive orders he complained about Obama signing.
It was 9-4 but bragged about almost beating Florida and Oklahoma.
Perhaps.

I have a hunch this ouster is but one of a number of conditions Kelly laid out to Trump in order to take over as Chief of Staff. If he can't inject some discipline and order into Trump, nobody can. I wish him the best at this. Watching Rome burn is no fun at all.
You guys were just raving about that hire a few days ago.
I give him partial credit for Gorsuch, not because he named him - but because he managed to not screw that up and hire a complete idiot like he clearly has a propensity to do. Let's not kid ourselves though, we both know trumpo didn't go out lose sleep over the vetting. He was given a name and repeated it, like most do.
Regarding the EO's - repealing EO's with more EO's when he's got a republican legislature is a bit funny if you think about it.

One does not equal the other. EOs are Executive Branch driven, not Legislative. But you knew this already...
Look, I get the fact you love to minimize credit and scoff at the idea he might actually be doing some good. But there is good there. Personal antics and stupid hires aside, there have been some good things happen since he's been in office. And if you can't admit that, you're just as partisan and ignorant as LG and others.
Actually no, it's the easiest, cheapest, and best way to get things done for any president.
Given that the .... wait for for it...
Executive Order!!
(boo! 😨
is the instrument to get anything done by any president. Also given, those "things" must be within the constitutional purvue of the president, but they are the day to day way to 'Git r Done'.
Like the purchase order you sign at the tire store at the front desk. That tire order goes to the mechanics to make it be.
Just hope it aint 'mechanics' in a cosa nostra kind of way, like seems to be the case with the Clintons.
No wut I mean, Verne?
