Anti-Trump Hysteria and Silliness

i can see this being the case, but as others have pointed out I dont see how it is worth the legal fees to do this as a business practice.

So you're a commercial GC with a high dollar project and your contract is cost plus.

The worst thing you can do for yourself is "trust" the owner to pay according to payment on completion negotiated terms. Use AIA contracts and get partial payments at agreed upon milestones.

Rich people will use the, "Work wasn't up to our standards" BS all the time. If they can't push it onto the GC they'll try to push it on the Architect ... Even though they approved the contract documents (Construction Drawings and Project Specifications) they'll act like someone, anyone, didn't do right and that's why they're not going to pay more than some arbitrary number they want to pass off as "fair".

Trump is known for doing this and I'm actually surprised he gets many bids on his projects. You'd have to build in the lawyerin & court costs to get paid to a bid.

Have we given up on the fake Trump stories yet? I'm sure a couple in here stroked out while waiting for the other shoe to fall. There is plenty to dislike about Trump but damn some of you went way of the reservation.

That's right, he did it because Comey was unfair to H. Clinton. LOL

I don't buy that for one second, but I don't think anybody with an IQ above room temperature would think firing the FBI director would make an investigation go away.

It got a few of the fools banned.

Guess it's like all the other economic measures that magically changed in January.

1) Asking Comey for loyalty oath.

2) Asking Comey to drop Flynn investigation.

3) Firing him just to get rid of the Russian investigation when he wouldn't play ball.

Any one standing alone is cause for great concern. Together, they catrgorically prove Trump unfit to be in office.

:eek:lol:

That's just your crazy-ass opinion. We get it...you hate Trump and you want your way & you'll whine & cry until you do. Jeez...You liberals are such crybabies.

We'll all just go along with our destructive, moronic, man-baby president--whose makes a fool of himself every day and who has COMPLETELY DEMEANED the office of the presidency, because he wants us to. Doesn't work that way. He's a corrupt, juvenile a$$hat, and everyone will keep calling him out on his absurd, embarrassing behavior. Nobody likes or respects this vile man but America's rednecks--and sadly we do have a lot of those. Trump is a troll, loved by trolls and hated by sensible, mature, intelligent people everywhere.

You keep doing what you're doing, Trump will be in the WH for another 7.5 years.

Cry me a frickin' river highchair.

I think that armchair whines and cries so much that we need to start calling him highchair. Thoughts?

This works too...

He just got too ignorant even for my tastes. And reading the massive wall of text posts was out of the question. So, I've simplified my life and reading.

This thread still consists of the same exact arguments every single day.

Angry Libs stating what everyone already knows and defensive R's trying to pretend Trump is not an embarrassment, typically resulting in some sort of circle jerk in either direction.

I gotta say, as a lurker the PF has gotten boring as s**t.

Redundant is the word you're looking for.

The redundancy in this thread is amazing as you say.

There is actually someone that understands how things work in the real world here! Bravo.
