As long as opponents keep getting the worst of it hopefully this off-field domination will translate into the on field domination we love to see this season!

I'm glad Josh Smith is OK with just a couple of scratches visible and that his roommate is recovering too.

I am biased. I know them both. The arrest was stupid. So he got the best of him. He didn't mean to put him in the hospital. Like I said. End of story!

The big mistake was either of them giving details... we were both drinking and fell down some stairs...and that Smith admitted to kicking him in the head.. smh.

Honestly its much ado about nothing but the sad thing is if it ever went to court he could be charged with domestic assault. All the charge needs is you cohabitate with the other person and a charge gets an extra 2-5 years mandatory tacked on bare minimum in most states.

he got drunk and got in a fight. that is it. the press is treating it like he shoot and killed a man. 30 years ago the cops would just ask if every one is o.k now every one goes to jail. it is a federal case if you play ball ..

......and they labeled it a "domestic" What an effen joke. My first thought was how could Josh have hit that pretty gal of his. Instead it was the other "gal" in his life I guess.

I haven't read the thread but if the cops get called in a domestic altercation someone or both are going to jail. No idea who started it or how badly either side got the hell beat out them. His roommate would've been held for a while at UT med until he got sober. Again I can't know who did what but damn I don't think I've ever called the cops on someone BC I got my ass beat.
