He wasn't acting entitled he was standing up for his right to stay on a flight that he fully paid for, was scheduled for, and was already seated for. The airline company is the one that made the wrong decision here not the passenger. If you don't think so then ask the airline yourself if they made a mistake. They've already come out and said they did. You continued arguing for the airline is complete moot. The guilty party stood up already. This incident will change policies and reactions to similar situations whether you think it will or not. This incident, regardless of how you feel about it, shed a very bright light on how these airline companies have been abusing passengers and their rights for a very long time. For every one of these incidents that actually went public there are 100 that didn't.
