If you dont have SEC talent, then you are not part of the depth.
When people discuss depth in the league, they are not discussing how many bodies are running around in practice.
Exactly. There's no "depth" if it's not quality depth/players who can step in and play at an SEC level if need be. Just having walkons who have never and likely will never play doesn't equate to depth.
That said, we have 3 freshmen coming in, one of which is Ty Chandler who I think can be a star here barring injury. Then, if either or both Jordan and Coleman show they're SEC quality and can really play, then we have something. But right now in the spring, Kelly, CFA wearing a walking boot and 4 walkons in no way equals being deep at the running back position.
