So you're inferring Jennings just carried marijuana around and didn't consume it in any way? Marijuana is still a banned substance by the NCAA and by UT. Onterrio Smith, Ricky Bobby, and numerous others have found themselves out of UT as a result. Don't recall any players ever being booted off the team for 3 parking tickets? Fail 3 drug tests and see what happens.
