I yearn for an intimidating bison ribeye, a huge beef porterhouse, a gigantimungus slab of medium rare meat right off the grill...
The missus favors petite filets. My doc agrees that a 4 to 6 ounce filet of beef is OK once every quarter or so...
I. Want. Steak. Steak means that if it's thrown across the room and strikes you in the head, it's gonna stun you, maybe even knock you down. Wussy 4 to 6 once [mutter, mutter]... That's an appetizer. That's not steak! Steak means you loosen the belt a notch to finish eating. Steak means that the leftovers are baked potatoes. Steak! Steak! Steak! Sixteen to twenty-two ounces before it hits the grill. Beast flesh!!!
Have you not been to ted turners grill at the mall if Georgia? They serve bison.
